Leendert van Dijk

Leendert van Dijk was a Dutch painter who was born in Sittard in 1939. in 1961 he applied for the local Academy of Fine Arts in Maastricht. Soon after he would study at the Art Academy's in Rotterdam and Amsterdam as well. He currently resides in a castle in the south of the Netherlands. He mainly paints flower-pieces, landscapes and interiors in a realistic or naturalistic manner with a nostalgic undertone.
